Our Virtual Meetings

STB Meetings Designed To Help Share Your Burden

“Our Virtual Meetings are free and open to everyone facing challenges in their lives. Our meetings are a safe place where the weight of addiction, depression, chronic pain, bereavement, and toxic relationships can be eased by sharing all which encumbers us.

“No one should be without hope!! Our STB meetings to recovery and spirituality know no bounds!!”

These are a safe, non-judgemental place to participate with others facing similar challenges, where we can all Share Our Burdens together.

Everyone is welcome to Share, or NotNo Pressure – We’re all about support and confidentiality. Many people benefit by just attending and listening to others. We share first in a simple, uninterrupted and uncommented upon way.  The magic of spirituality does the rest.

Our proven way at Sharing The Burden (STB) to emotional stability or sobriety gently happens with those who are motivated and ready. We are here for anyone who reaches out in need and we stay unabandoning for as long as you want to be a part of us.”

If you have any questions, please send Scott a message & find out how we can help.”

    Virtual Meeting Format

Virtual Meetings are held weekly using Zoom as the online platform. Anyone can sign up for a meeting by simply clicking the link found in the calendar below. You do are not required to have your camera on to participate, as all meeting attendees are anonymous.

We open every meeting with an introduction, moment of silence, and a short prayer, seeking direction and serenity from God, (We accept that everyone may understand God in their own way).  Every person from all religions, denominations and beliefs (or non beliefs too) are welcome.  No one is disqualified from the STB way to lift, grow and participate.

What happens when we share the burden

Sharing the Burden is a place where all are welcome. It has been a place for me to share my burdens and meet with people facing the same challenges. I am so grateful to STB

    Stephen

Since coming to STB, a lot of great things have happened.  I’ve been able to cope with life’s circumstances. My relationships with family and friends has blossomed into a state that I can’t believe and at times I don’t think that I deserve the amount of support

    Edward

I found Sharing the Burden while I was in Jail, and the help I have gotten from hearing others triumph over their addictions, makes me want to triumph over mine

    James

STB is my place of comfort, no fear in saying the wrong thing, I can relate to love, caring and honest people, I place I can feel at home

    Nina

Nobody is ever judged at STB and being involved with this group has helped me find a spiritual journey toward recovery

    Steve

When you are down the members will prop you up, when you are hurting the members will patch you up and help you. When you need love, the members will show love

    James

I have built a trusting and healthy relationship with my “higher power”, who i choose to call God

    Ed

No matter who we are or what we have done, there is hope, faith, honesty & forgiveness

    God Bless
